Mary Castellanes

Mary Castellanes portrait

I build tools and experiences that encourage discovery and creativity.

Hi, my name is Mary Castellanes (she/her) and I am a multidisciplinary designer, open data enthusiast and illustrator who works with individuals and organizations committed to improving their communities through art, education and technology. In my spare time, you can find me drawing letterforms, sewing my own clothing and making music out of field recordings.

I currently live and work on the unceded lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, known today as Vancouver. This website is coded by hand and typeset in Moret and Coordinates.
